Q: How can I make a reservation for parking through Valet Connections DTW Parking?

Q: How far in advance must I arrange parking reservations?
A: We recommend making your reservation at the time you book your flight so you are guaranteed a space and our best rates. During the holiday season and other peak times, locating a space can be difficult, which is why we recommend reserving your spot at least a few days in advance.
Q: Is a credit card required to make a reservation?
Yes. We require a credit card at the time of booking. Advanced online payment will guarantee your rate and space. Rest assured, we don’t charge reservation fees.
Q: Do I need to present a receipt for my reservation when dropping off my car?
A: We ask that you bring a printed or digital copy to our location when you arrive to check in your vehicle.
Q: What if I have to cancel my reservation?
A: All reservations must be cancelled 24 hours in advance of the check-in date and time to ensure you get your money back. You will be subject to a fee or forfeiture of funds if you cancel beyond that window.
Q: How do I change or cancel my reservation?
A: Just give us a call and have your reservation number handy. You can keep a reservation the same for any time changes within a 12-hour period that do not affect the date of your arrival. If the date of your arrival must be changed to another date, you will need to cancel the existing reservation and create a new one.
Q: Is transportation provided to and from Detroit Metro Airport (DTW)?
A: Available 24 hours a day and operating every 30 minutes, our free shuttles transport travelers to and from the Detroit Metro Airport (DTW). Upon your arrival at DTW, call us at (734) 992-4946 for pick up so our parking attendants can prepare your vehicle and have it waiting upon your arrival at our facility.
Q: Where will my car be parked when I am traveling from Detroit Airport (DTW)?
A: All parked cars are moved to our secured parking facility located 2.5 miles from the drop off point. All cars will be stored outdoors for the duration of your travel. However, we can have your car cleared of snow and ready to go when you pick it up. All pick-ups and drop-offs occur indoors for your comfort and convenience.
Q: Do you offer extra services in addition to valet services?
A: Yes. We offer a variety of conveniences for you, including car washes, detailing, polish, oil changes, mechanical work, on-site services (dead batteries, flat tires), and drop-offs to local dealerships for repairs.
