Q: How do I book a reservation?

A: You can book a reservation online at our website. All you have to do is create an account, tell us when you are staying (date and time), and we’ll provide you with a free quote. You can also apply a promo code at the time of booking. Alternatively, you can book your reservation with the Valet Connections app, which also gives you access to your past reservation history, our contact information, andour extra services.

Q: How far in advance should I book my reservation?

A: It’s a good idea to book us at the same time as booking your flight to get a guaranteed space at our best rates. If you’re traveling during the holiday season or other peak times, you should always reserve your spot at least a few days ahead of time. You can do that right on our website when you visit our Reservations page.

Q: How do I know when the shuttles will be by?

A: Check out our Valet Connections Shuttle Viewer on the app, which shows you a map of all shuttle locations, with an estimated time of arrival so you don’t stress.

Q: Can I create an online account?

A: Yes, in fact we recommend you do so to keep track of your upcoming parking reservations and manage your account. On the home page on the top right hand side under Loyalty Parker Club, you will see two links that say “Login” and “Create New Profile.”

Q: What if I have to cancel parking at the last minute?

A: In order to get your money refunded, you need to cancel your reservation 24 hours in advance of the check-in date and time. If you cancel beyond that window, you will be subject to a fee or forfeiture of funds.

Q: Where will you park my car when I’m away?

A: All parked cars stay at our secured parking facility located 2.5 miles from the drop-off point. All cars will be stored outdoors for the duration of your travel. However, we can have your car cleared of snow and ready to go when you pick it up. All pick-ups and drop-offs occur indoors for your comfort and convenience.

Q: What are the long-term and short-term parking options?

A: There is long-term parking in the McNamara Parking Garage, the Green Lots and the Big Blue Deck. There is short-term parking in the McNamara Parking Garage and the Big Blue Deck.

Q: How soon should I get to the airport?

A: For domestic flights, we recommend you arrive no later than 90 minutes before your flight. For an international flight, we recommend you arrive at least two hours before.
